1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier backlogs or peak holiday seasons.)

3. International Shipping
Currently, we primarily ship within the United Kingdom. If you require international shipping, please contact us for custom arrangements. 
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. STEVEN SOTO is not responsible for these additional charges.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier and assist you with a replacement or refund.
